The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

Patriot Ops - We’re a unique salesforce representing American-made, high-ticket residential products.

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners in assigned areas. Your job is simple: create opportunities fast by starting conversations, delivering a tight value proposition, and setting qualified appointments.

• Engage homeowners in pre-determined areas and create appointment opportunities
• Use our proven pitch and talk track (no outdated sales tactics)
• Deliver a clear homeowner value proposition:
• “Become one of only two advertising homes in your neighborhood.”
• Hit weekly performance targets (activity + appointments)
• Track leads/appointments and communicate cleanly with your team
• Show up coachable: implement feedback and improve daily
• Maintain professional, confident presence in the field
