APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to help grow our agency. This role is responsible for contacting warm and cold leads, building rapport, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Insurance Agent.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Base pay + performance bonuses

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the agency
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Insurance Agent
• Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text, and email
• Represent the agency professionally and positively at all times
• Assist with lead generation and database management as needed

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making 3050+ outbound calls per day
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM systems
• Strong time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required we will train the right person.
