Offer Info:

We help investors achieve cash flow with short-term rentals in 90 days or less. There is also a backend Boardroom Offer once they’ve seen some success and they have a cash-flowing property to give them additional support in maximising their income and investment opportunities within short-term rentals. We have a strong existing team of 17 of Setters, Closers, & Sales Managers, and they’re primed to scale with their next savage!

Compensation:
  • Base Salary:
    • No base, although there is a $3k/mo draw for first 60 days 
  • Commission:
    • First 1-5 sets $500 per set
    • Sets 6-10 $600 per set 
    • Sets 11+ $700 per set
    • Paid upon closes, doesn’t matter if payment plan or PIF
  • Minimum On Track Earnings: 
    • 5 sets per day / 100 per month
    • 65% Show Rate = 65 live calls/month
    • @ 10% set close ratio = 6-7 closes/mo
    • @$500-700 commission per unit
    • $4k-6k commission per month whilst ramping
  • Potential On Track Earnings: 
    • 5 sets per day / 100 per month
    • 75% Show Rate = 75 live calls/month
    • @ 15-20% set close ratio = 11-15 closes/mo
    • @$500-700 commission per unit
    • $6k-$9k commission per month
  • Timezone/Working Hrs: 
    • This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks. 
      • 8am-5pm US Timezone

Course Access - The person we hire will have the ability to go through the education and modules in the BNB Investor Academy and can learn how to benefit and profit from accessing investment opportunities in the short-term rental space

Intentional Support - Full access to daily Sales Team Trainings & Huddles, as well as 1on1 access to a seasoned Setter Manager, supporting you as you grow within the role

Why are we Hiring?

We are looking for a seasoned and professional Setter that can drive revenue and support the company in growing to achieve $2M/mo in revenue. We are currently doing $1M/mo in revenue. With the Setter being the frontline in our Client Journey, the end goal is to have 1000 people joining Live Room Events (Back-end Boardroom Event). Naturally this requires exceptional expertise in bringing in qualified clients, and providing them with enough value (along with the sales & fulfillment team) to drive them towards our back-end community offering.

Key Performance Indicators


KPI’s:

  • 150 dials/day
  • 100 qualified booked calls/mo (5/day)
  • 65% show rate
  • 65 showed calls/mo
  • Set/Close ratio above 10%
  • 6-7 set closes minimum after ramping up 
  • $120k-$140k in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
  • Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
    • Daily Sales Meeting
      • 11am EST Mon-Fri (1hr)
    • 1on1’s with Rob (30mins)
      • Daily for first week
      • Then 1X/week after ramp
    • End of Day report
    • Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM
