Job Title: Applications Analyst – Pharmacist (Epic Willow – Ambulatory/Inpatient)

Duration: 3-Month Contract (Extension Possible)

Job Summary

The Applications Analyst – Pharmacist (Epic Willow) is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing pharmacy-related healthcare information systems. This role combines clinical pharmacy expertise with IT knowledge to enhance EHR systems, improve workflows, and support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Support

• Configure, implement, and maintain Epic Willow (Ambulatory and/or Inpatient) modules
• Support pharmacy workflows within EHR systems
• Ensure optimal system performance and reliability

Analysis & Design

• Analyze business and clinical requirements to design effective solutions
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Collaboration

• Work closely with pharmacy teams, clinicians, and IT stakeholders
• Translate clinical needs into technical system configurations
• Provide support and guidance to end users

Operations & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain application systems and databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP) experience
• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Experience supporting EHR systems in a healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both Willow Ambulatory and Inpatient modules
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and clinical operations
• Experience in large healthcare systems
