Job Summary The Applications Support provides enterprise application and software support for Client expanding services to Print & Mail clients. This role focuses on production support, workflow development, and quality assurance for key applications including Client Process Director (RPD), Weborder commerce systems, and Avanti Slingshot production control & billing systems. You’ll play a critical role in client onboarding, QC/UAT testing, and application troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Ke y Responsibilities Provide application and software support for Client production systems. Configure and support workflow development in Client Process Director (RPD). Support Weborder commerce systems for print-on-demand services. Manage Avanti Slingshot production control and billing system. Perform quality control (QC) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new client onboarding. Troubleshoot enterprise applications and business process systems. Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution. Collaborate with IT peers, business leaders, and clients to ensure smooth application performance. Document technical processes and maintain accurate support records. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or business process systems. Experience in production support or application administration. Required Skills Strong application/software support skills with demonstrable experience. Knowledge of enterprise applications and business process systems. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Methodical approach to problem-solving and solution development. Desired Skills Experience with Client Process Director (RPD), Weborder, or Avanti Slingshot. Coding/scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or similar). Understanding of infrastructure (networking, Active Directory) helpful but not required. Experience with QC/UAT processes for client onboarding. Strong customer service orientation and ability to present new concepts clearly.
