Job Title: DataStage Developer
Location: Plano, TX

Duration:12 Months (Possibility of extensions)
About the Role:
Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience with DataStage (parallel and server jobs).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle SQL Server)
- Proficiency in database design principles (normalization, indexing, partitioning).
Methodologies:
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL jobs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 – $68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
