Description
Join a team focused on ATM monitoring and operational intelligence.
Engage in complex engineering and analytical tasks.
Administer and support ATM monitoring tools and environments.
Contribute as a technical resource and individual contributor.
Adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
Collaborate with Agile teams.
Learn new skills and technologies as required.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support ATM monitoring tools.
Create and implement monitoring solutions for ATM availability and performance.
Interface with internal teams and vendors to resolve ATM issues.
Investigate and resolve ATM monitoring failures.
Manage server administration and understand security concepts.
Customize and integrate ATM monitoring tools.
Build automation and remediate tool vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in server administration and transport layer protocols.
Proficiency in scripting and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and multi-data center environments.
Familiarity with change and incident management processes.
Experience working with Agile and JIRA frameworks.
