Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Hadoop, Spark, Cloudera, CDP, PySpark, Hive, SQL
  • Cloudera CDP Hadoop Administration with strong background in Unix and Infrastructure
  • Spark, Python, PySpark
  • Hive, Impala
  • Ozone
  • Bachelors
  • Characteristics of a top performer; Self-motivated, needs minimal direction and strong analytical skills.
  • Deal Breaker Items: Lack of experience in large Hadoop environments
  • 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering
  • Strong understanding of Java or Python
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and technology groups to designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
  • Experience working on Agile teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in SQL
  • 5 experience in Hadoop, Cloudera is a plus
  • Strong experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
