Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide on-site information technology programming services. This full-time position operates on a 50-50 hybrid schedule, reporting to Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville, PA. Local candidates are preferred, and those with an active federal Secret clearance will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accountability System for payroll processing and mission support for the Pennsylvania National Guard.
- Review and enhance the current system, addressing performance and programming issues.
- Collaborate with JEOC staff to develop new functionalities and system improvements.
- Test products in controlled simulations and prepare training manuals for users.
- Ensure system operability during state-activated emergencies.
- Proficiently create, deploy, and migrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Manage version control using Azure Repos and Agile tools in Azure Boards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and advancing .Net Applications and SQL databases.
- Review agency databases for efficiencies and provide technical expertise for issue resolution.
- Travel may be required for training and meetings at agency headquarters.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience writing and debugging SQL queries.
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server tools.
- 7 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, .NET, and MS SQL Server.
- 4 years of experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Repos and Azure Boards.
- 5 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications.
- 4 years of experience in a government IT environment.
- Client-facing experience in a consulting environment with senior leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and relational database engines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Schedule
The position is authorized to bill up to 40 hours per week. The initial weeks will require on-site presence for orientation, followed by a 50-50 hybrid schedule.
