Position Overview:
This position is based in Houston, TX, and offers a contract employment opportunity.
The role involves supporting and training customers in system operations and administration, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with vendors and clients to enhance operational efficiencies. Proficiency in healthcare applications and general technology is required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and support customers with system operations and administration.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors for resolution.
Create documentation and train team members.
Lead and facilitate meetings, developing objectives and action items.
Support and install software applications, including on-call support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Three years of experience in IT or clinical/business workflow.
Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments.
Certification within six months of hire, if appropriate to assigned application.
Proficiency in English for effective communication and safety.
