We are seeking a Multifamily Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of multiple ground up construction projects in the property industry. They have a pipeline of work built out until 2028 and are looking for an APM to aid on three ground-up Public projects that just broke ground this spring. Description
- Assist in managing local municipal construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
- Support on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project needs and updates.
- Identify and help resolve project challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration efforts.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Knowledge of the property industry and multifamily construction projects.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (procore).
- A commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
