We are looking for an individual who is motivated, passionate, and committed to driving risk management activities within our technology division.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, compliance, or relevant work experience within a financial services or technology organization
- Organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage through ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review documentation for accuracy and report on the status of risk reviews
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree and/or relevant work experience
- Cybersecurity-related certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar
- Prior operational risk or compliance experience in the technology arena
- Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical business owners
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report accurate data to support informed decision-making and problem-solving
- Support monitoring the health of issues throughout their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation
- Engage effectively with peers, senior internal and external constituents, and stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across organizations to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk
