Key Responsibilities for the AP Associate:

• Enter, sort, code, and match invoices across multiple entities and locations
• As an AP Associate, you will set invoices up for payment and ensure accurate GL coding
• Process electronic payments including ACH, EFT, and scheduled check runs
• Maintain accounts payable files, documentation, and supporting records
• The AP Associate will reconcile AP transactions and research discrepancies
• Assist with internal audit requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Process invoices using multiple software systems while maintaining strong accuracy
• The AP Associate will also support additional accounting functions as training progresses

Qualifications for the AP Associate:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent time management
• The ideal AP Associate will be organized, adaptable, and able to switch between tasks efficiently
• Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and GL coding
• Professional, reliable, and personable communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
