Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for the construction division, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Enter material purchase orders into the ERP system
- Prepare and distribute tax exemption certificates to vendors for applicable purchase orders and subcontracts
- Match invoices to purchase orders and accurately enter invoices into the ERP system
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, obtaining approvals from purchasing staff and vendors as needed
- Process P-Card transactions, ensuring proper coding and posting to the general ledger
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recent full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Construction industry or cost accounting experience is a plus
- Payroll experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
