Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your financial skills and analytical abilities in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, making payments, and maintaining accurate records.
2. Utilize v look-up and other financial software to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.
3. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
4. Provide financial advice and guidance to the engineering team, helping to drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on AP activities, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
7. Work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
8. Participate in financial audits, providing all necessary information and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
3. Proficiency in Excel including V Lookup and Pivot tables.
