What You'll Do:
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues
Prepare and process payment runs and wire transfers
Maintain vendor master files and update payment terms
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting

What We're Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of accounts payable experience
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
