Our client, a highly reputable professional services firm is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team as a result of increased business needs.

About the AP Specialist:
- Process ~175 invoices monthly, including coding and accurate entry into the accounting system
- Perform 2-way matching of invoices to supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and approval
- Execute weekly check runs, including preparing, reviewing, and cutting checks
- Schedule and process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Support banking activities by tracking payments, reconciling transactions, and confirming invoices are marked as paid
Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist:
- AP experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Can work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
