Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payments
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with general AP tasks
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Some related accounting or accounts payable experience
- Must be a team player
