What You’ll Do

• Support daily accounts payable operations in a fast-paced setting
• Process invoices, assist with data entry, and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to support workflow efficiency
• Adapt to shifting priorities and assist where needed across the team

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: $40,000 – $46,000 annually (entry-level range)
