Data Entry / Accounts Payable Clerk

A growing real estate company is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry / A/P Clerk to support invoice processing, data accuracy, and administrative needs within a fast‑paced accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Maintain high‑volume email management in the shared AP inbox
- Assist with check run preparation and payment processing
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Support reconciliation tasks, including corporate credit cards
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of A/P or data entry experience; real estate or property management experience preferred
- Familiarity with accounting principles and chart of accounts
- Experience with accounting software; Yardi a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communicator—both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
MaxSalary: USD55000
MinSalary: USD45000
