AP/Billing Specialist

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the billing inbox, review invoices, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Oversee vendor management, maintaining records, and resolving discrepancies.
• Process and record (in QuickBooks) incoming invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Track and process recurring expenses, including rent and other fixed payments.
• Assist with monthly processes (maybe loan write-offs and commission accrual entries).
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Record daily cash activity across operating bank accounts.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in AP/billing.
