AO Shift Supervisor

Our client, an innovative autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Department supporting Vehicle Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $41/hour

What’s the Job?
•    Supervise and support a team of Vehicle Operators to meet daily and long-term operational goals
•    Coordinate scheduling, team assignments, and administrative tasks for shift operations
•    Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
•    Serve as a subject matter expert on vehicle operation tools, systems, and workflows
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient fleet operations

What’s Needed?
•    2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit
•    Strong leadership experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset
•    Clean driving record and commitment to safety-first operations
