Anneal Operator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
l . Comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions as detailed on routings, drawing and/or procedures.

1. Load / unload machines to produce quality parts.
2. Maintain accurate documentation as required.
3. Maintain good housekeeping practices and area of responsibility is kept clean and orderly.
4. Must be able to use precision instruments for use in measurements and testing.
5. Train other operators as necessary.
6. Must be able to make slight adjusts to equipment as necessary to insure safety, quality and productivity.
7. Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
8. Must understand, and abide by all plant rules and safety rules and regulations.
9. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and the total quality management process.
10. Support all company goals and objectives.
11. Successfully pass all required job specific training per the departmental training matrix.
12. Housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
13. Must be self motivated
14. Must wear required protective equipment.
15. Able to repetitively climb stairs, stoop, bend over, and lift 50 lbs. or more.
16. Able to push heavy overhead tumblers.
17. Able to operate scales, cranes, PH Tester, ultrasonic cleaner and other equipment as required.
18. Must be able to read and follow all MPI and routing instructions.
19. Must be comfortable in the use of Sulfamic acid, alkaline 1386 cleaner, corclean cleaner and Bonderlube.
20. Be detail oriented.
21. Able to clean and recharge tanks
22. Will be cross trained on anneal and soap and clean operations
23. Willing to perform other duties as assigned
