Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical cases, including trauma, obstetrics, and major surgical procedures.
- Engage in a manageable and equitable call rotation that supports work-life balance.
- Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain and enhance procedural skills across various surgical specialties.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities with seasoned anesthesiologists.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and shared success.

- Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent, patient-centered anesthesia care.
- Committed to working full-time within a collaborative, physician-led model.
- Comfortable practicing across multiple facility settings, including trauma centers and outpatient surgery.
- Motivated to maintain and expand skills across a diverse and high-acuity case mix.
- Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain).
- DEA (or willingness to obtain).
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
