What You'll Do Day-To-Day




Ensures personal and workplace compliance with company and regulatory agency policies that protect employee and public health and safety.
Serves as a senior technical analyst for complex scientific processes.
Provides client input regarding the use of scientific analysis of complex and multidisciplinary problems and processes.
Assists in writing reports summarizing the results of scientific analyses.
Provides leadership guidance and technical direction.
Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.


What You'll Bring




Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Physical or Applied Science
Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of EPA, NRC, OSHA and other national, state and local regulatory agency requirements.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package

Salary: $123,000 - $167,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
