About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Innovation Strategy Analyst to join our Future Solutions team. This role will play a key part in researching emerging trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying new business opportunities for our products and services.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct market and industry research to identify disruptive technologies and trends.
Develop strategic frameworks to evaluate potential innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to assess the feasibility and impact of new ideas.
Support innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
Build data-driven reports and presentations for executive-level decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, product management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup).
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
