Job Summary:
The Analyst I, Media Strategy position plays a key role in maintaining, monitoring and improving the documentation fulfillment and quality necessary to Resurgent's inventory management. This position reports to the
Manager of Media Strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducts new media document mapping and communicates with the team that loads documents into Resurgent's system, and manually indexes documents as needed
Works with 12-16 sellers to remediate issues with corrupt files, missing documents or other remediation items
Maintains and updates contract parameters and media sources in Media Tracking applications
Manages the ad-hoc request queue for media documents
Manages regular smoke detector type reports and exception reports that monitor regular document fulfillment
Ad-hoc data analysis to dive into issue identification, provide data trending analysis and reporting required for slides and departmental updates.
Qualifications/Skills:
1 + years of experience performing business data analysis, back-office collection administration, or other collection industry related work experience preferred.
Ability to grasp downstream process impact and data structure requirements.
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data and assist in solution development.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, dealing with competing priorities and short timelines in a dynamic environment.
Works well as an individual contributor and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to work with a wide range of colleagues, tailor communication style, and work through conflict in a positive manner.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel (charts, formulas, pivots) and PowerPoint for slide creation.
Visio or process mapping tools a plus.
SQL or other programming language experience a plus.
Actively seek opportunities to improve SQL skills, data knowledge, and knowledge of Resurgent's business processes as role progresses.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field preferred.
