Analyst I Compensation

The pay for this position is $21.13 per hour .

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Analyst I Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST .

Analyst I Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for leaders and colleagues via a centralized phone system.
• Document pertinent call details and assign cases to the appropriate team for resolution, including categorization and priority.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of CVS Health policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Respond to colleague inquiries, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Support workforce reduction processes and cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Demonstrate empathy, put people first, and inspire trust with colleagues.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve desired outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Apply knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws.

Analyst I Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
• Leadership experience can substitute for 2+ years of practical experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or as an HR Generalist.
• Call center experience preferred; must be able to take inbound calls for full shift.
• Must have secure, unshared internet inaccessible by anyone else . Hotspots or public/shared internet are not allowed .

Analyst I Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Mentoring, leadership, mediation, or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws.
• Strong real-time problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP (SHRM) preferred.
