A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Financial Advisory Services Analyst to support clients on M&A advisory, restructuring, valuations, and strategic financial consulting. Key Responsibilities
Assist in financial advisory engagements, including M&A, restructuring, and corporate strategy
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement projections, discounted cash flow (DCF), LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
Conduct industry research, company analysis, and valuation benchmarking to support client recommendations
Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and investment memoranda for advisory engagements
Support due diligence, data room management, and execution of transactions
Collaborate with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions to clients’ financial and operational challenges
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuations, and data analysis
