Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Amenities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa, pool, fitness center, and other resident amenities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all amenities are maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional experiences for our residents. The Amenities Supervisor will lead a team of attendants, coordinate with various departments, and uphold the protocols and procedures established by the Lifestyle Director.
 
Responsibilities: 
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule amenities attendants to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
 
Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations of all amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness for resident use.
 
Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to established protocols, including pre-appointment resident calls, equipment checks, idle-time tasks, and cleanliness standards.
 
Reporting: Conduct regular walkthroughs of amenities, documenting and reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or other concerns to the appropriate departments.
  
Your Responsibilities:   
  • Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.   
  • Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.   
  • Must be able to submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.   
  • Assist with amenities for other areas of the property.
  • Must be service oriented.   
  • Picks up debris from the pool and possesses basic cleaning skills.   
  • Checks sports equipment to make sure it is in order for guest to use.   
  • Reports broken sports equipment to the manager so that replacement equipment can be ordered.   
  • Must have the ability to work as a team member.   
  • Must be accessible to and approachable to residents/guests.   
  • Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.   
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.   
 
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.   
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.   
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.   
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.  
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.   
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.   
 
Physical Requirements:  
  • Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.   
  • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.   
  • Walk and climb stairs; Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment.   
  • Reach with hands and arms.   
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.   
  • Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.   
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.   
 
Schedule: 5 days a week, Mon-Sun; Potential mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.  
 
Compensation: $21.50 Hourly
