About the Role
Allstate Insurance: Zee Agency in Plano, TX is seeking a licensed and experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent with a strong sales and closing mindset. This is an in-office, outbound call-based role with the opportunity to transition to 100% remote after approximately 4 months, based on performance and production metrics.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to provided leads
- Quote, sell, and close Personal Lines P&C insurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and production goals
- Maintain compliance with Allstate and Texas insurance regulations
- Build rapport quickly and close with confidence

Requirements
- Active Texas P&C Insurance License (required)
- Prior P&C insurance sales experience (required)
- Strong outbound sales and closing skills
- Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge
- Prior Allstate Insurance experience
- Proven history of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in an in-office, outbound phone-based sales environment
