The Darrin Quick Allstate Agency in Dacula, GA is hiring a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an entry-level, developmental opportunitybut were specifically looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career, not just a job.
This position begins with a strong focus on customer service and supporting our existing clients.
Over time, the right candidate will grow into a hybrid service + sales role, helping identify coverage needs and closing additional business within our current book of clientsno cold calling and no prospecting required.

Responsibilities
You will serve as the first point of contact for our agency by:
Answering inbound calls and assisting walk-in clients
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Answering policy and coverage questions
Helping with billing issues, payments, and account questions
Taking payments and documenting transactions
Processing endorsements and policy changes
Assisting with claims and guiding clients through next steps
Maintaining accurate client notes and follow-ups
Requirements
Prior experience in inside sales and/or customer service
Excellent communication skills (phone + in-person)
A positive, coachable, team-first attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Must be able to work full-time in-office in Dacula, GA

Preferred (Not Required):
Insurance or agency experience
Bilingual is a plus
