As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert automotive repairs and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. What You'll Do
- Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
- Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
- 1 year of vehicle alignment experience
- Customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE Certifications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
Work Environment
This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
