Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming alarm signals in accordance with documented procedures and accurately document each action taken for historical records.
- Processing over-the-phone requests
- Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events
- Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately
- Review the account signal traffic history accurately and quickly
- Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Type 25 words per minute
- Prior Customer Service or Call Center Experience Preferred
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing
