JOB TITLE: Aircraft Maintenance Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Seymour Johnson AFB, NC
PAY RATE: $35-43/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems by repairing, replacing, or upgrading components

• Correct system failures and implement design changes

• Oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities as needed

• Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment

• Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and resolve faults

• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components

• Document procedures and processes to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

• Record repairs, test results, modifications, and inspection data

• Inspect components and verify repairs to ensure flightworthiness

• Support and assist in training team members

• Work under general direction

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• High school diploma or GED

• 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational training, Associate degree with 2+ years of experience)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
