Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI/ML architectures that align with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AI/ML solutions on GCP leveraging services such as Vertex AI, Big Query ML, AI Platform, and TensorFlow.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and AI/ML solution architectures.
- Define best practices for data ingestion, processing, storage, and model deployment in cloud-native environments.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and drive AI solution adoption across business units.
- Provide architectural guidance on MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards for AI solutions.
- Mentor developers and data scientists in cloud-native AI development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML solution architecture.
- Proven hands-on expertise with GCP services (Vertex AI, Big Query, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage).
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLFlow, CI/CD on GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs for AI integration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, data governance, and scalable architecture design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer or GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Prior experience in multi-cloud or hybrid AI architectures (Azure, AWS + GCP).
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or financial services domain (preferred but not mandatory).
