Skills: Must be strong with Python API development.

-Must also have strong CI/CD Skills

-Must be audile ready to describe A.I. Tooling experience, how they used it, what they built.

The Expertise we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or relevant graduate studies
• Proficiency in Python (essential for AI) and familiarity with Java/NodeJS. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Typescript) is a plus.
• Strong experience with REST API development, database management (PostgreSQL, Oracle), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, Cloud)
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs for information retrieval and data science problems. Familiarity with multi-agent systems, tool calling, and workflow orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Proven ability to develop end-to-end integrations, connecting backend AI services with user-facing applications.

The Purpose of your role

As a member of the FCAT Data Science and AI team, you will

• Build & Deploy: Rapidly build proof of concepts using AI tools and deploy them at scale to prove value.
• Evolve Infrastructure: Support and evolve our internal AI infrastructure to ensure our pilots have a robust foundation
• Innovate: Scout and evaluate the latest AI technologies to identify high-value opportunities for the firm
