Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency-purchased leads
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend protection solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
• Cross sell coverage to strengthen household protection
• Follow up consistently to build long term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals
• Track activity and client information using agency systems

• Previous sales experience preferred with a track record of meeting goals
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
• Self motivated with strong discipline and follow up
• Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty License (required)
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health License
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
