Agent Operations Manager (AOM)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional to manage field inventory operations and ensure surgical case readiness across the territory. The Agent Operations Manager (AOM) is responsible for virtual oversight of ATEC-owned surgical sets and loose inventory, driving asset efficiency, compliance, and KPI performance.

This role focuses on fulfillment coordination and fleet optimization — not in-person case coverage. The AOM partners closely with sales representatives and ATEC Operations to ensure all cases are properly sourced, tracked, and returned in alignment with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily case fulfillment and internal fleet sourcing
Review and manage loaner reports, returns, and extensions
Oversee freight logistics and inventory tracking
Manage loose inventory including replenishments, transfers, RMAs, recalls, and expirations
Maintain fleet oversight, set assignments, and return documentation
Support quarterly fleet reviews and annual field audits
Train reps on inventory processes, systems, and KPI expectations
Success in This Role:
Performance is measured by inventory efficiency, cost control (freight % to revenue), set utilization, loaner compliance, booking lead time, and system adoption.
