Company DescriptionAbout the Role
We are seeking an Agent Growth & Success Manager to support and grow our Prince William, VA office. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role responsible for growing the office through agent recruiting, coaching, and driving agent productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Prince William office, designed for in-person collaboration with agents and team members.
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commissions, with six-figure earning potential
Key Responsibilities
Agent Growth & Recruiting
- Recruit and onboard new and experienced agents to grow the office
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective agents
- Actively promote Redwood’s value proposition in the local market
- Consistently meet or exceed recruiting activity and conversion goals
Agent Productivity & Support
- Coach agents on leveraging company tools, systems, and resources to grow their business
- Partner with agents to develop and execute business plans
- Drive accountability through proactive engagement and performance follow-up
Training & Communication
- Lead office trainings and workshops on Redwood systems and best practices
- Promote company initiatives, events, and policies through consistent communication
- Present at and contribute to weekly sales meetings
- Coordinate guest speakers, vendors, and meeting content
Office Operations & Experience
- Ensure a professional, organized, and high-performing office environment
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and agent support needs
- Coordinate office logistics, vendors, and facilities as needed
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Act as liaison between agents and corporate teams
- Provide feedback to leadership on systems, processes, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Virginia required
- Residential real estate experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of real estate industry experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting or sales and experience in office administration or operations
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and motivate others
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
- Working knowledge of basic business tools (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office), including the ability to independently manage spreadsheets, documents, and email.
