Salary Range: $48000.00 - $96000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships and cultivate referral partners
• Maintain knowledge of all available product offerings.
• Enact strong follow-up systems for all prospective client leads.
• Recommend insurance policy options based on client needs and goals.

• Strong work ethic and integrity are non-negotiables.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Property & Casualty license preferred - not required, but must be willing to obtain.
• Life & Health license preferred - not required, but must be willing to obtain
• Must be an enthusiastic self-starter who moves with a sense of urgency
• A genuine willingness to learn - be curious, resourceful, and coachable!
• No prior insurance experience required
