Position: Ag Equipment Operator Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting and walking required. Job description: Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drivself-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Crops: Barley, Corn, Milo, Safflower, Sorghum, Sunflower, Wheat, Winter Wheat. Anticipated hours of work per week: 48 Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm Anticipated period of employment: 5-1-2025 to 11-10-2025 Application deadline: 8-5-25 Job location: Hudson, Colorado Pay: $17.84/hour, paid on the 1st and 15th of the month.
