BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring reliable, high-energy instructors for short, high-impact after-school sessions. This role is designed specifically for individuals whose schedules already fit a 1.5-hour afternoon structure—perfect for college students, school staff, or fitness professionals.

Program Sites

We are looking for coaches to lead Soccer and Flag Football programs at the following Baltimore County schools. Candidates must live or work within 30 minutes of these locations to ensure consistent, on-time arrival:

• Roland Park Elementary/Middle
• Glenmar Elementary
• Sussex Elementary
• Chadwick Elementary
• Glyndon Elementary
• Lansdowne Elementary
• Mars Estates Elementary

Session Details amp; Pay

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
• Per Session Pay: $30.00 – $37.50 per 1.5-hour session.
• Availability Required: Must be available Mondays through Thursdays, starting at 2:00 PM onwards.
• Predictable Schedule: Short sessions (approx. 1.5 hours) with no weekend commitments.
• Support: Structured curriculum and coaching gear provided—no independent lesson planning required.

• Reliability: This is our #1 priority. We need dependable candidates who can commit to the schedule.
• Background Check: Must pass comprehensive fingerprinting and background checks meeting Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) standards. Note: Candidates must be able to afford the initial cost of the background check/fingerprinting process required by the school district.
• Proximity: Must reside or work within 30 minutes of the school sites listed above.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Lead elementary students (Grades K-5) through organized drills and small-sided games for Soccer and Flag Football.
• Leadership: Manage groups of 15–20 students, emphasizing teamwork, character, and sportsmanship.
• Logistics: Handle student check-in/out and the professional setup/breakdown of sports equipment.
