The Affiliate Manager oversees relationships with affiliate partners to ensure seamless collaboration, strict adherence to processes, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective, timely solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate network and support the onboarding of new partners
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of affiliate performance, agreements, and communications
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports for directors and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in affiliate management or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tools, and performance metrics is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
