Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM (Flexible Shifts)

Compensation: $17+ per hour (based on experience) + Commission after 90 days

We are expanding and looking for a talented, results-driven Licensed Aesthetician to join our luxury medical spa team! We specialize in advanced skincare treatments, laser procedures, and rejuvenation therapies that help our clients look and feel their best.

If you are a passionate skincare professional with a strong background in facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skincare treatments – HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal

Provide expert consultations – Assess skin conditions and recommend customized treatment plans

Deliver exceptional client experiences – Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Promote skincare products & services – Confidently educate clients and meet sales goals

Maintain a professional workspace – Follow health and safety regulations and uphold a clean, organized treatment area

Collaborate with team members – Work alongside medical professionals, estheticians, and front desk staff to optimize client results

Qualifications:

Illinois Esthetician License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years experience in aesthetics or med spa setting

Expertise in HydraFacials, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments

Sales experience in skincare or med spa services (preferred)

Passion for skincare, client education, and aesthetics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-tier customer service
