Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
- Perform aesthetic treatments (facials, peels, devices, etc.)
- Educate patients on skincare regimens and services
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and safety
- Support practice’s aesthetic services and patient experience
- Active Aesthetician license
- Experience in medical or cosmetic settings preferred
- Strong client communication and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Reliable internet and phone access.
