Job Details

Qualifications – Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in aerospace sales with a strong technical foundation
  • Experience supporting OEMs, Airlines, and/or MRO customers
  • Strong background in aerospace components and systems
  • Proven ability to solve technical customer challenges in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (50%+)
  • Authorization to work in the United States and eligibility for export control requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve bookings and revenue targets
  • Drive new business development across OEMs, Airlines, MROs, and sub-tier suppliers
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
  • Capture customer requirements and translate them into engineered solutions
  • Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, applications, and system integration
  • Manage and expand long-term customer relationships throughout the Americas
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
