Johnson Service Group an award-winning staffing company is looking for an Aerospace Customer Service Admin/Excel with 2-5 years’ experience working in an Aerospace environment. This is a Temp-Direct job in Valencia, CA.

Pay rate: $22.00 HR

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Purpose
This position provides administrative and clerical assistance to the Bid division in order to ensure effective and efficient management of contract bids proposals.  

Principal Accountabilities
  • Shop/source vendor quotes for contact bids
  • Upload vendor quotes
  • Communicate with staff and vendors via telephone and email
  • Use existing Excel worksheets, using formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Conduct special projects as assigned

Nature and Scope
The nature of this role is to be skilled at providing a high element of organizational support.  The applicant should have excellent reading comprehension skills and an eye for detail. He or she should be very comfortable working in a team environment and working with Microsoft Office programs.
The individual will spend all of their time in an office environment using standard office equipment.  Mental demands include the ability to work under mild to moderate stress due to distractions/interruptions during performance, competing deadlines, resolving problems, interacting with a variety of individuals, and organization of multiple tasks. 

Background Experience and Qualifications
  • Must have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel software
  • Basic computer skills such as Email, Internet, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with inventory software helpful
  • High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to maintain regular attendance on-site and be punctual
  • Willingness to continue training and development to self-enhance personal performance
