Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Advisory Group Coach, you’ll be conducting multiple advisory group sessions a day with business owners looking to take it to the next level. You should be energized by talking with others as this is something you will be doing all day.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Successfully and promptly onboard new Advisory Group Members
• Facilitate engaging and transformational Advisory Group calls over Zoom that challenge, encourage, and move members toward action
• Drive strong relationship management and retention/renewal strategies by proactively following up, holding members accountable, and leaning into hard conversations when needed
• Remain solutions-oriented and adaptable, able to problem-solve without getting flustered by evolving processes and systems
• Demonstrate empathy and ownership while confidently navigating critical customer situations and pursuing clarity with members who may be hesitant or noncommittal 

Skills Needed to Win:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to lead direct and productive conversations
• Experience leading or facilitating groups and keeping participants engaged and accountable
• 2+ years of relationship management, sales, customer service, or equivalent experience, including proactive follow-up and persistence with prospects or clients
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks and commitments
• Passion for the mission of Ramsey Solutions and familiarity with our products
