QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program (MSN, DNP)
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practioner (Family, Adult Gerontology)
- DEA registration and Controlled Substance Registration
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions
- Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and pain assessments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on pain management strategies, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Strong clinical judgement and diagnostic skills
- Experience in orthopedics, neurology, or related fields would be helpful.
- Safely prescribe and manage controlled substances in accordance with state and federal guidelines

This role is ideal for a motivated provider who is passionate about improving patients' quality of life through comprehensive patient-centered care. We work 4 ten hour days.We are off Fridays and all major holidays with no weekends. We like to provide a healthy work-life balance with a predictable schedule.
